Nearest-Disney is a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 1 storey home, so is ideal for the disabled vacator. The home has been tastefully furnished with every conceivable amenity to aid your stay.
Full marble tiled floors, with the exception of the bedrooms.
3 bedrooms for the adults, with one having an en-suite bathroom, and which leads directly onto the pool area (great for those midnight skinny dips!), and2 Queen bedrooms. The remaining 2 bedrooms have twin beds, which have been furnished with teenagers and the young in mind. All the bedrooms are carpeted and air-conditioned, with ceiling fans. All bedrooms (with the exception of the youngest room), have TV's with either DVD or CD players.
The SOUTH facing pool, is 30' X 15' in size, with an oversized shaded lanai and deck area, and a rigid plastic play-pool for small children to use under your supervision. There is ample luxury outdoor furniture (sun loungers, recliners, chairs, tables), including a swing seat to idle the hours away in the Floridian sun. There is also a Gas BBQ provided at no extra cost (owner not responsible for providing gas) and wheeled Ice-Chest, for outdoor eating, on those long, balmy evenings(Have a private viewing of the Disney laser show!!!)
The Family room has a 55" Flatscreen Sony HDTV, with DVD player, and a library of DVD's for your entertainment. A stereo system with a collection of CD's, has also been provided. NEW ADDITION, IPOD SPEAKER. LISTEN TO YOUR OWN FAVOURITE MUSIC!!!
The Breakfast Nook houses comfortable seating, with a table and chairs which overlooks the pool. Perfect for those breakfasts.
The formal Dining Room has a glass topped table with seating for 6, and a tiffany style overhead light. Perfect for those romantic meals when the little ones are tucked up in bed.
The youngest room is located directly next to a bathroom. which has access directly onto the pool area, and which is ideal to stop those little accidents happening. Although there is 1 en-suite bedroom, both of the adult bedrooms are located directly next to a bathroom, with no other bedrooms adjecent to it, and with one having direct access onto the pool area.
ALL EXITS ONTO THE POOL AREA ARE CHILD ALARMED. ALTHOUGH PETS ARE PERMITTED, THERE ARE STRICT GUIDELINES WHICH HAVE TO BE ADHERED TO!

With a genuine 2 miles to Disney's Maingate, and local shops, grocery stores, restaurants and golf courses, the name Nearest-Disney say it all. New WalMart Supercenter is just 3 miles away. Universal Studio's, Sea World, Wet n' Wild, Florida Mall, Beltz, Premium Outlets, Gatorland and Church St. Station, are all within 10-20 minutes of the home on I4. Orlando Int. Airport is a 20 minute drive away, with Sanford Airport being approximately 45 minutes drive on I4.
Cocoa and Daytona beach can be reached easily within a 60 minute drive on I4.
