Our fully equipped vacation pool home is located on the gulf coast of Florida at Spring Hill just east of US19, south of SR50 and west of the Suncoast Parkway providing quick & easy access to Tampa/St.Pete/Clearwater area (approx.40 mins).
Enjoy breathtaking Pine Island Beach/State Park (approx.15-20 minutes) plus 13 superb golf courses most with very reasonable day rates.
The local area has a well balanced mix of Italian, Mexican, Classic American steakhouses & diners etc plus some fantastic local waterfront seafood restaurants to suit all tastes & budgets. The area also offers a good selection of local grocery stores, outlet shopping & family entertainment.

Ground level suite with 1 x queen size four poster bed with toilet & vanity sink on same level.

The spacious south facing 28x14 private swimming pool is bathed in sunshine during the day. It has a child safety fence, sun loungers, table and chairs for your comfort & convenience. BBQ grill provided in the garden for those nights you want to stay home and enjoy a burger or your catch of the day....

Weeki Wachee springs, Buccaneer Bay water park and canoeing are very close by (approx 10 mins).
Just 15-20 minutes north is Homosassa with it's wonderful wildlife park and Manatee sancuary with walk in underwater tank for viewing up close these amazing gentle creatures with their young. If you have time after all this get out on a boat or jet ski and explore the islands along the coastline for a taste of real Florida living.
Going south to Tampa you'll find is Busch Gardens, Adventure Island water park, the Florida Aquarium plus the famous Tampa Bay Bucs stadium.
Tarpon Springs is a great day out with it's local Greek sponge docks and parks (approx. 35 minutes).
To the east is Orlando with Disney, Epcot, M.G.M., Islands of Adventure, Universal Studios and Sea World & more(approx. 60-70 minutes via SR50).
