Eating Out

The quality and value within the local eating establishments is so good, that you will not want to eat in. Restaurants offer high standard cuisine to suit every taste. Mexican, Cuban, Chinese, Thai, Italian, Spanish and Greek restaurants are all to be found in the area. Traditional American food is also available with Steak restaurants, diners and fast food outlets in abundance.

Sports

There are 27 golf courses within a 20 minute drive, offering quality courses at great prices. Details of these are to be found in the home. As you would imagine on the coast, you are spoiled for your choice of water sports, as well as fishing, boating, etc.- You can even hire your own boat for a day, and explore the coastline. Other sports include Ten Pin Bowling, Tennis, Volleyball to name but a few.

If you would like to attend a local sports event, there are professional Baseball, Hockey, Basketball and American Football teams throughout Florida, and tickets for games can be purchased locally.

Beaches

There are several beaches to choose from in the area. The closest is about 5 minutes away. The world famous Clearwater beach is a great day out, and is about 20 minutes by car. Your rental of our home, includes a private beach pass, offering beautiful sandy beaches on the Gulf of Mexico.

The lounge has access to the tiled balcony which overlooks the large private pool area.

There are several dining areas within this luxury home. Formal dining can be found just off the kitchen. In addition, there is a breakfast bar dining and, of course, a large dining area pool side, next to the gas grill that is provided for your pleasure.

We boast a modern 900 sq. ft. air conditioned games room, with pool table, air hockey, darts and ping pong.
