The villa is situated in Lake Sarasota which is just West of junction207 off the I75. Local shops and restaurants are only 5 minutes away. Sarasota's glorious beaches are only 20 minutes drive and there are numerous local golf courses within a 15 minutes radius. So when the sun tan and the golf is complete, why not take the wife shopping in one of the local malls or the Prime Outlet which is 20 minutes North on the I 75.

The villa has 3 bedrooms, a master with an en-suite on one side of the house, and a double and a twin seperated by a shared bathroom on the other. The spacious lounge has cable TV, VCR, stereo and is all newly furnished to a high standard. The pool is 31feet long and is solar heated, the lanai area is extensive with a gas BBQ. There are sun loungers for your use either inside or outside the netting. The pool is totally fenced off for your privacy away from the neighbours. All linen is provided along with beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and a cool box.
