Our Villa is located in the Pine Valley sub division of the Rotonda, on the South West coast of Florida in Charlotte County, often refered to as Florida's hidden secret or the real Florida.
It is near the beach side town of Englewood on the Gulf of Mexico and within easy reach of some fabulous beaches.

This stunning villa is spacious and fully air-conditioned and sleeps up to 8 people.

There are 4 Bedrooms including 2 Master Suites (1 King with Sat TV/DVD and 1 Queen with SatTV/DVD) and 2 Twin Bedrooms which share a further Bathroom.

There are two seperate Lounge areas, one of which features a 32" Sat TV/DVD, whilst the other provides a restful spot merely to relax, this room also serves as a Dining Room for those more formal dining occassions if required.

A large fully equiped kitchen including microwave and dishwasher provides a more casual dining area. A seperate Utility room with Washer and Dryer completes the accommodation.
The Villa is ideal for two family groups but equally suitable for parties which require that extra space, it is furnished throughout to a high standard with comfortable furniture.

The 2 master suites, kitchen and "quiet lounge" give access to the south west facing spacious lanai and extended deck area where the electrically heated swimming pool awaits, (pool heating recomended between November and April at an extra cost). The pool area is fully equipped with pool toys, sunbeds and a large table and 6 chairs for al fresco dining, it looks down the meandering canal and the Nature Reserve.

It should be noted there are no further properties to the right of the villa which adds to the privacy. Being adjacent to the Nature Preserve and small lake, where our nearest neighbours live, a family of otters, a variety of birds including Eagles and Herons regularly fly overhead, an abundance of wildlife is on your doorstep. We have a very friendly management company who look provide full maintenance of the property including weekly pool service and cleaning after your stay. In addition to office hours for general help and information about the villa or the area, they are available 24 hours a day for any emergencies.

Sorry No Pets or Smoking allowed inside the Villa.

An easy 15-20 minute drive will take you to some fabulous beaches. Restraurants, shops, a communty park and 4 golf courses are even closer.

For those craving retail therapy Port Charlotte Mall is 20 minutes drive away, whilst the outlet Malls of Sarasota can be reached in 50 minutes.

Our villa is ideally located to enjoy all this area has to offer.
