Our privately owned home, built in December 2003 is located in South Fort Myers, only 5 minutes from I-75 exit 131 and 15 minutes from SW Florida International Airport. It is situated in the Danforth Lakes Community, 20 minutes away from Fort Myers Beach and 30 minutes from Sanibel and Captiva Islands. Naples is a 30 minute drive away.

Our home is a comfortably furnished, air-conditioned, 3bed/2bath villa with an enclosed lanai that overlooks a conservation lake, home to many species of wild life. There are 3 bedrooms.

The master suite has a super king size bed (7ft), ensuite bathroom (with hairdryer) and walk-in closet and TV/VCR. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has twin single beds.

The great room is comfortably furnished with leather couches and has a TV/DVD and includes a dining area with seating for 6.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast nook.

There is a fully equipped laundry room with ironing board and iron. All linen, towels and pool towels are provided. The pool has solar and electric heating, solar heating is free and electric heating is available as an optional extra. The pool area is equipped with loungers and dining furniture.

The property is managed and fully maintained for us by a local company, who are retained to ensure a trouble free and enjoyable stay for our guests.

Shopping malls, supermarkets, a major outlet mall, golf courses and restaurants are a short drive away. You can choose to relax on a quiet beach or choose to visit a beach with all the facilities of restaurants and shops.

Visiting The Everglades, the Edison Estate, Corkscrew Wildlife Sanctuary, the Ding Darling Nature Reserve, going shelling on Sanibel, seeing Manatees in the winter months, are just a few of our favourite pastimes. Visiting Key West is also possible from Fort Myers by boat either on a day trip, or for a few days.
