The villa is located South West of Orlando on Highway 27. It is close to local shops (Publix ~5 min, Walmart ~ 10min), restaurants and golf courses. The main Orlando attractions are all within a short drive (15 - 30mins)

This is a 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom property which will comfortably sleep up to 8 people. The villa has a modern, open plan design with the main living area opening on to the kitchen and dining area which in turn opens out to the pool area.

The master bedroom has it's own ensuite bathroom with seperate tub and shower, while a 2nd bathroom with tub and shower is located adjacent to the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms.

A sofa bed in the living room provides the ability to sleep up to 8 people in the villa.
