Our air-conditioned luxury holiday villa is situated in Rotonda, a community built around fresh water canals and lakes on the unspoilt South West Gulf Coast. Rotonda is located between Sarasota and Fort Myers and is an easy drive from either Miami or Tampa International airport. Miles of unspoilt sandy beaches are the backdrop for numerous immaculate golf courses – seven of which are within minutes drive of the villa. Driving time to the fabulous beaches is 10 minutes with summer sea temperatures of around 80 degrees make for great family days at the beach.

Our contemporary and relaxing 3/bed detached villa overlooks the Pinehurst Creek. The rear of the villa is South facing and has a solar heated pool 28ft x 14ft with a screened lanai and pool deck. For the fishing enthusiast there is a large fishing dock where you can watch the turtles sunning themselves on the opposite bank. The Living Room with its sofa’s, occasional tables, cable TV and CD sound system, leads you through the sliding patio doors out onto the pool area. There is a sofa in the family room which quickly converts to a double bed.
The kitchen is equipped with all the mod cons you could wish for in a family home. An additional breakfast area, with table and chairs, has views overlooking the pool and the peaceful freshwater creek.
A separate laundry room houses the large American washing machine and tumble dryer and leads directly into the large double garage.
The Master bedroom, with its Queen size bed and cable TV, overlooks the pool via the patio doors for that early morning swim. The large en-suite bathroom of the master bedroom is complete with his and hers basins, marble bath and spacious walk-in enclosed shower.
The second bedroom, with its Queen size bed also leads directly through to the pool via the patio doors.
The third bedroom has twin beds and is next to the family bathroom with vanity unit, toilet and bath with integral shower. A further showeroom leads directly onto the pool area. All bedrooms have walk-in wardrobes and ceiling fans.
The formal dining room seats 6.
The 28ft x 14t heated pool has underwater lighting for an evening swim. There is a gas bbq, table, chairs and loungers for those el fresco meals.
This is a smoke free home.
