Crescent Lakes is a very select area with great links to a host of places to visit and things to do.It is surrounded by a conservation area and is still very open and not built up.If you are from the UK or Canada you will really appreciate this.It is the one place that I really feel at home because it is very green with the conservation areas and environmental school centre just 5 minutes up the road.Crescent Lakes is one of the few area`s were all the homes are sitting on good size plot`s.

This was one of the reasons why we chose our home here.Our immaculate, fully furnished, air-conditioned, home is on Aster Cove Crescent Lakes and it is a very popular community with both residents and holiday home owners.It is in a very quiet, rural area, but near to stores, shops, restaurants, and golf courses.You really do have the best of both worlds staying in this area.

We go out to Florida on a regular basis and our home is kept in FIRST CLASS order. Please do visit our website as the pictures on here do not do our home any justice.We have tried to think of everything you could ever need on holiday to try and take a bit of the worry out of packing.Having traveled with a new baby ourselves we have kept this in mind and equipped the villa with a buggy, travel cot and a steriliser set for bottles. These are all included in the price of the rental.Our villa is very much a home not just a rental property and we want you to treat it as such.

So if it is a home from home you want, spending your vacation relaxing in our immaculate, private, three-bedroom, two-bath, pool home with its own screened-in patio and solar heated oversized swimming pool will be just what you want.We have a safety fence that goes all the way across the pool area so small children cannot get to the pool. ( this has been removed just for us to take photos, we recommend that it is kept in place at all times ) We are located just 15/20 minutes from Disney World. Our aim is to make it as easy as possible for you to travel and have equipped our home with everything you need. The only things you need to bring are your clothes and suntan lotion.We have a washing machine and tumble dryer so you do not need to bring to many of these either.

Please remember that the little ones need to feel at home, too! Therefore, we have equipped the twin room with a good selection of toys and books.There are also a good selection of board games in the livingroom. We have also included a TV and DVD/VCR (including some tapes and DVDs) in this room so that children can watch their own favorites if you wish to bring them.(please note this is an American player so will only play item`s purchased in America)



All linens, blankets and towels provided.There is also plenty of towels provided for use when using the swimming pool so there is no need to bring any with you.
We have a lovely oversized deck with large 15 x 30 pool in screened enclosure.There is a removable safety fence around the pool for when you have children with you,and the doors from the house are also alarmed for added safety, everyone loves the pool but safety MUST always be thought of in advance.Good selection of patio furniture, dining table, sun loungers and hammock provide plenty of seating outside plus two ceiling fans on lanai for a pleasant breeze when you dine outside in the evenings.

[Second bedroom] with double bed, bay window and wicker loveseat plus cable TV and a DVD player.This is a really lovely room and it is my favorite in the house.

[Twin bedroom] with DVD/VCR and cable TV, toybox with large selection of toys and books, there is also a safety bed rail.

[Second bathroom] with marble sink and top. Bath tub with shower over.

The main Disney Parks and Orlando attractions are all close by. It takes approximately 15/20 mins to get to the Disney, Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, and MGM studios.The other main parks Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, and Seaworld are approximately 20 mins away and can be acessed using the I4 ( interstate 4 ). The East coast beaches are 68 miles - 1 hour drive. The West coast - Clearwater is a 2 hour drive. Groceries shopping can be done at Poinciana which is about 10 minutes from the villa there is a Wallmart here a Win Dixies Publix and Burger King there is also a selection of smaller shops pizzas, video store, chinese etc. If you want you can head to the 192 where there is also a hugh Wallmart with a MacDonalds inside, There is a great selection of fast food restaurants, family dining, all you can eat buffets, or steakhouses on the 192 and it is about a 10 minute drive in the opposite direction.
