The villa is 5 1/2 miles from Disney. Simply drive up Poinciana Boulevard onto the Osceola Parkway and straight into Disney a delightfully easy route which and takes barely 10 minutes.

Seasons is situated 2 minutes from the local Wal Mart which provides all your shopping needs.

The villa itself enjoys a quiet location overlooking a natural lake. Walk around the lake on the specially constructed path, or just sit in your spa or at your breakfast table and watch the herons and other wildlife pass by.

Orlando International Airport is an easy 25 minutes drive away, Sanford 45 minutes and Tampa about 75 minutes. The Gulf Coast beaches can be reached in about 90 minutes, whilst Kennedy Space Centre and the Cocoa beaches to the east are an hour away.

As can be seen from the floor plan and photographs, this 2800 sq ft villa has a spacious feel. The open plan Kitchen and Family area form a light and airy space. The Kitchen is fully stocked for all your needs. You have a full size oven, microwave oven, large fridge freezer with ice-maker, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee maker, toaster and full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and houseware. There are 2 Dining areas, one the more formal Dining Room, the other at the kitchen table and breakfast bar. The Family Area has a 50" TV fitted with a home cinema system for surround sound.

The separate Lounge Area provides either extra space for the children to play or for anyone to sit and enjoy peace and quiet.

Step outside onto the large pool deck through either of the patio doors and you will find the sparkling, crystal clear pool and relaxing bubbling spa. Shade is provided by the lanai (or verandah) and the ceiling fans cool the area for those with young children. All patio doors are fitted with safety locks and alarms and the pool has a safety fence. The pool can be heated if required ($175 per week)

Next to the Family Room is the Utility with its large and separate washing machine and drying machine, iron and ironing board. Through the Utility Room you come to the Games Room which has been carpeted and stocked with a Pool Table, Football Table and Dartboard.

Moving onto the sleeping accommodation. The Master Bedroom is downstairs. It has a kingsize four poster bed, armoire with TV/DVD and a view of the lake. The large ensuite bathroom has a bath, walk-in shower and private WC. The walk-in closet is huge.

Upstairs, all double bedrooms have kingsize beds, TV/DVD players, ensuite bathrooms and closets. The two Twin Bedrooms share a Family bathroom but also have TV/DVD's and closets. Ths sofa in the Lounge can convert to a queensize sleeper if required. All bathrooms have hair driers.

On the upstairs landing, a computer station has been installed with free internet provided. A Playstation is available in the house to plug into any of the TVs.

The price of the villa includes all electricity (except pool heating) linen, towels. A local management company will assist you as necessary during your stay.
