Esprit is a peaceful residential community located on Highway 27, close to the intersection with US192. Only 6 miles from Walt Disney world and just minutes from a good selection of shops, supermarkets and restaurants it is a haven of peaceful tranquility where you can relax after a busy day at the theme parks.

Guests are invited to make use of the large communal swimming pool and shady cabana as well as the basketball and tennis courts. Access to the wonderful 400 acre lake is via a wooden walkway adjacent to the communal pool area. Here you can spend a few lazy hours fishing or simply watching the birds and other abundant wildlife in and around this delightful conservation area.

For the golf lovers amongst us there is a 9-hole executive golf course right on the doorstep which is open to non-members. The fees are currently around $20.00 (FEB 2006) and electric carts are available for hire at around $12.00 if required.

The second full bathroom is located between and shared by guests occupying the second and twin bedrooms.

Spongebob Squarepants has taken over our twin bedroom and he welcomes kids of all ages (yes, even mum, dad, granny and grandad)! This bedroom has two single beds, cable TV, walk-in closet and radio alarm clock.

The large kitchen/diner is bright, airy and fully equipped with dining table and six chairs, breakfast bar and stools, large oven, refrigerator/freezer and icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, crockery, cutlery and a selection of cooking pots.

The comfortable lounge area is furnished with a modern corner suite, comprising love seat, Queen size sofa bed, a gorgeous chaise-longue, telephone, cable TV, CD player and VCR.

Washing machine, tumble drier and ironing facilities available for use throughout your stay.

Our south facing fully screened swimming pool is completely private with wooden fencing around rear garden area. For the sunworshipper there is plenty of space on our pool deck to soak up the Florida sunshine whilst lazing on our luxury pool furniture.
