Clear Creek is an exclusive development only 8 miles from Disney and is in easy reach of all the major attractions. There are also some superb golf courses within easy reach. At the entrance to Clear Creek there is a shopping plaza, which includes a 24-hour supermarket, pharmacy, dry cleaners, pizza delivery, post office and a bank. There is also a new large Wal-Mart store just minutes from the estate entrance

Our detached 3 bedroom luxury villa overlooks a beautiful lake. Just imagine relaxing by the pool after a hectic day, watching the fantastic sunset over the lake as you sip a cooling drink while the children play in the pool.

The villa has been designed to provide the perfect luxury family home, sleeping up to 8 people in comfort. With two en-suite bedrooms and one Disney themed bedroom, it is ideal for two families, each with two children, or one large family, providing all the home comforts and more. Air conditioning throughout the house, combined with cathedral ceilings presents a very comfortable environment.

The spacious lounge is cheerfully furnished in typical Florida style, and has the advantage of cable TV, video and a CD player to entertain the whole family. Large patio doors look out over the pool with views of the lake beyond.

In the fully fitted kitchen is a full size cooker with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, huge fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and all the utensils, glass and china that you could need.

The separate laundry area contains a large washing machine and tumble drier, iron and ironing board.

The telephone allows free local telephone calls. For long distance calls, a telephone card can be obtained from Winn-Dixie (5 mins away)

The master bedroom, overlooking the pool, has a queen size bed, a large walk in wardrobe with plenty of room for all your holiday essentials, and a cable TV with a DVD player.
In the en-suite bathroom, there are ‘his and hers’ twin basins, bath, shower and toilet.

Bedroom two is also comfortably furnished with a large closet cable TV and DVD player and an en-suite half bathroom which also serves as a changing area for the pool as it leads directly to the pool.

Bedroom three has a Disney theme with matching Winnie the Pooh bedding, lamp and wall decorations, Cable TV and Video player. Full size bunks provide ample room for up to four people to sleep.

A further bathroom affords bath, shower and toilet.

The fully enclosed and screened pool and patio area contains privacy Florida glass in the lower panels (except for the area overlooking the lake). This ensures complete privacy, allowing the hot Florida sun to come in while keeping the bugs and leaves out. The pool can also be illuminated at night, allowing for the maximum use during your vacation. If required, it can be heated at an additional cost.

The villa has been colour co-ordinated throughout and is fully equipped with all the linens, towels etc. that you will need. You will only have to bring your clothes and toiletries for a wonderful relaxing vacation in our beautiful home.

Only eight miles from the main gate at Disney and one mile from all the attractions along the 192.
