Our Luxury 3 Bed/2 bath Florida Disney Sun-Villa is situated on the prestigious and sought after Hampton Lakes Development located off the US Highway 27, midway between US 192 and the Interstate 4 (I-4). It is perfectly situated for quick and easy access to Orlando’s famous attractions as well as trips to the beaches but provides peace and tranquillity after an exciting and hectic day.

The villa is very tastefully furnished, fully air-conditioned, OFFERS FREE SOLAR POOL HEATING, FREE PHONE CALLS, FREE HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS and sleeps 6-8 people. The lounge has a ceiling fan, cable TV with DVD/VCR player and the sofa folds out into a queen bed, if required. Access to the screened and FREE HEATED SOUTH FACING POOL (for maximum sunshine) is through sliding glass doors from the breakfast/dining area which also sits 6 people. The pool has under pool lights and the deck, which has pool side furniture, can be flood lit for enjoyable evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, microwave, kettle, blender, coffee maker, dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer with ice dispenser. There is also a utility room with an automatic washing machine and dryer. The master bedroom is furnished with a king sized bed and its own cable TV AND VCR player, an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. Bedroom two has a double bed, closet and shares a bathroom with bedroom three which has twin beds, cable TV, a big closet and is Mickey themed. There are very good restaurants/diners, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, tourist centres, a massive 24-hour Walmart Superstore and top golf courses including the Greg Norman designed 36-hole Championsgate, all a few minutes drive from the villa.

As well as the villa's own private pool, Hampton Lakes has a large communal swimming pool, children play areas, floodlit tennis and volleyball courts and a large, beautiful lake. It is only about half an hour from Orlando International (MCO)Airport and about 45 minutes from Sanford Airport. Nearby attractions include the Walt Disney theme parks, Universal Studios, Sea World, Wet ‘n’ Wild and other Water Parks, Shopping and Fishing. There are excellent golf facilities nearby with over 60 fantastic courses open to the public including the new Greg Norman designed “Champions Gate” ( a double 18 hole Championship Course) minutes away. Daytona Beach, Cocoa Beach, The Kennedy Space Center and Busch Gardens are all about an hour’s drive from Hampton Lakes.
