Our beautiful four bedroom, three bathroom house with heated pool was built to the highest specification with no expense spared. Located in the quiet residential community of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club, South of Orlando. Our home overlooks the PGA Golf Course.

This recently built, south-facing villa is ideally situated within walking distance to the Golf and Country Clubhouse (with reasonably priced meals), a large communal pool, tennis courts, gymnasium and children's play area. 24hr Wallmart and all fast food ammenities are within 5 minutes walk.

The house is fully air-conditioned, and is very spacious. Living space consists of lounge, kitchen and nook, dining area, 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, double garage and a large screened pool. Situated on a large landscape plot with many palm and pine trees with grass running down to the views of the 17th fairway.

The kitchen comprises of cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice maker, microwave oven, waste disposal unit, iron and ironing board. The twin garage houses a large washing machine and tumble drier for your convenience.

All linens and towels are provided as well as a cot and high chair. For your safety the house is fitted with smoke detectors.

The master bedroom is fully furnished with a 6’6” King bed, en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet with 19" cable television and hair-dryer. Patio doors to pool deck. Also door to pool from en-suite.

The second and third bedrooms are fully furnished with two single beds, built-in wardrobes, and separate family bathroom.

The family bathroom is equipped with toilet, shower, bath and closet for towels and all ammenities.

The fourth bedroom is comfortably furnished with a 5’ Queen bed, built-in wardrobes and en-suite bath, shower and hair-dryer.

To complete your holiday pleasure at the rear of the house is a large screened pool.

Our beautiful 26' pool, with extra pool deck, has exceptional views across the 17th fairway with its characteristic sand dunes. It is a most enjoyable place to relax. Heating the pool is optional, there are only a few months of the year when the pool requires heating – please enquire for costs. There is also an optional child safety screen for the pool. Night time lighting is fitted for those warm balmy nights spent outside.

Pool furniture including sun loungers, table and chairs are available for your use. The fine mesh screen surrounding the pool lets the sun in but keeps the bugs out. Here’s where you can relax with a cool drink, soak up the Florida sunshine and truly sample the ‘Florida Lifestyle’.

For your safety the house is situated within a gated community. The gate house is manned throughout the night.
