Crescent Lakes, Kissimmee is a quiet tranquil residential community located 15 minutes from the World of Disney. Crescent Lakes is located just off Poinciana Blvd.

Crescent Lakes is situated adjacent to Reedy Creek Nature Reserve and is landscaped amongst several lakes. The community offers a variety of amenities including Children's play area and basketball courts.

Crescent Lakes offers the best of both worlds, as it is close to the major attractions and far enough away to relax at the end of an action packed day in your own pool amidst the splendour and natural beauty of the area or 5 minutes away at Lake Toho.

For the active visitors a variety of local amenities exist from the Golfing and Water Sports to a relaxing Horse Ride through the area.

There are plenty of Shopping complex's at Wal-Mart and Publix only 5 minutes away in Poinciana.

This is a luxury and well-equipped villa with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, two of which are en-suite.
Bedrooms consist a Master Bedroom with en-suite; two queen bedrooms, one with en-suite and a twin room sharing the third bathroom.
The family room has a large TV and HiFi system, DVD/VCR and Playstation. Each bedroom has its own TV.
The living area at the front of the house is for those quieter moments also benefiting from having a comfortable King sized sofa bed, which allows the villa to sleep upto ten guests.
There is a large dining area, able to accommodate ten guests.
The kitchen contains all modern amenities and has a breakfast bar and table and chairs for four, which is situated with a view of the pool.
Laundry facilities are provided and are located in a separate room.
Access to the garage is made easier by means of an electric garage door.
The lanai, pool and Jacuzzi can be accessed from the family dining area as well as the Master Bedroom. The pool area is provided with good quality pool furniture consisting of padded loungers, reclining chairs, and chairs. A large table for those outside meals and two occasional tables.
This area is south facing onto the Reedy Creek Nature Reserve and is not over looked.
The Pool is 30ft long with the Jacuzzi at one end. This area is fully screened.

The villa is located 15 minutes from Disney World and 20 minutes from SeaWorld and Universal.

Our villa is approximately 35 minutes from Orlando International Airport.

Publix and Wal-Mart Supermarkets are only 5 minutes away at Poinciana.

The villa is only 5 minutes from International Drive taking you to the main attractions and shopping malls.

There are several Golf Courses nearby. Water Sports and Horse Riding are all close by.
