A very well maintained 10 unit condo overlooking the most impressive views of the inter-coastal with magnificent views of John's Pass and surrounding condominiums. You'll love the relaxed beauty of watching the boats and swimming dolphins go by from the third floor balcony.

The condo sleeps up to 4 people and is furnished to very high standards. It is our vacation home and has all the amenities you would find in your home.

There are three floors with ground level parking. There is no elevator to get to the third floor condo. A swimming pool and deck run along the edge of the inter-coastal.

Located between Clearwater Beach and St. Petersburg Beach, Treasure Island is right in the heart of the Tampa Bay area. A short 5 minutes to John's Pass where you can shop, deep sea fishing, para sailing, boat rentals and casino boat gambling. Busch Gardens is a short 50 minute drive. St Petersburg would be a 45 minute drive where you can get more shopping in, movies, museums and great restaurants. We are just 90 minutes from Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World.
