Indian Wells is a quiet residential development having a mix of vacation homes and permanent residents. It is a very central location that is 6 minutes drive to the gates of Disney and the same distance to Sea World. Designer shopping outlets and countless rstaurants are also very close. Orlando International Airport is a 20 minute car journey, mostly along the dual carriageway of the 417.

This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa has its own large private pool and has a large garden overlooking a lake that can be extremely peaceful and relaxing. The villa will sleep up to 6 people in total comfort and has a cot and high chair facilities. It comes complete with all towels and bedding. The pool area is totally screened and has sun loungers, tables and chairs. Pool heat can be arranged at an additional cost.
The viila is tastefully decorated in the traditional Florida style. It has fully automated air conditioning.
The lounge has a large colour TV that is connected to a cable network and there is also a video. There is ample seating for all the family.There is also a seperate dining area. The lounge has direct access to the pool via patio doors that are alarmed for child safety purposes.
