Our luxury, 5 bedroom villa boasts unspoilt views across the 6th and 7th fairways. It has its own landscaped gardens; large, private 28ft x 14ft screened pool; deck with lanai and sun loungers.

The 2 storey property is fully air conditioned and comprises 2337sq ft of superior living accommodation that has been furnished to an exceptional standard to ensure a truly memorable holiday. The layout and size of the property make it ideal for 2 families where privacy can be assured. It is actively managed locally to ensure that it is maintained at this exceptional level.

The property sleeps a maximum of 12 people.

An open plan family room and kitchen with sliding glass doors that lead to the outstanding pool and terrace. The family room has 2 large comfortable sofas (one of which converts into a queen size bed), a cable TV, a DVD player and DVDs, and a PS2 games console and games.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and is furnished with table, chairs and bar stools to the breakfast bar. The laundry room is fitted with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

The living and dining area has a large dining table with 6 chairs and 2 sofas. It is perfect for formal dining or escaping from the children.

The second master bedroom is located on the ground floor and is ideal for the elderly or disabled. It has a queen size bed (a UK king), ceiling fan, cable TV and DVD, walk-in wardrobe (with floor-mounted safe) and en-suite bathroom.

Upstairs:

The large master bedroom has fantastic views of the fairway and surrounding conservation area and has a king size bed (a UK super king), ceiling fan, walk-in wardrobe, cable TV and telephone. The en-suite bathroom has a luxurious marble corner bath, walk-in shower, his/hers marble vanity unit and a separate WC.

There are a further 3 bedrooms with twin beds, ceiling fans and built-in wardrobes and a large family bathroom with bath and shower.

Outside:

The main feature of the property is the outstanding 28ft by 14ft pool and terrace with lanai, table, luxury padded chairs and sun loungers. The whole area is fully screened to keep out the bugs. Backing onto the 6th and 7th fairways, the landscaped gardens and palm trees make this an ideal setting to spend your days and nights relaxing by the pool.
