Our villa (your next holiday home), is ideally located less than 10 minutes from Walt Disney World and just over a mile from highway 192 and a fine selection of quality Shops and restaurants.

As well as the perfect location, facilities on the estate include, Tennis & Basketball Courts, Childrens Climbing Frame, Putting Green and Baseball/Soccer field.

Furnished and decorated to the highest standard, our villa contains all the features you would expect from a quality vacation home.

The Pool area is fenced and screened for maximum privacy while you swim or soak up the Florida sun.

The recently installed Games Room has a full size Pool Table, Basketball game, TV/Video and xBox games console for you to use. A selection of Videos, DVDs and xBox games are available for all our guests enjoyment.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances. A washing machine and dryer are also provided for your convenience.

There are 2 en-suite bedrooms with a further 2 twin-rooms sharing a bathroom. All bedrooms are air conditioned and all towels and linen are provided.

We would be happy to provide high-chairs and cots if required at no extra cost.

We can also arrange for a food pack on your arrival.
