You will be based in an idyllic location to relax and unwind after a busy day at the parks, and yet in easy reach of all those major attractions that make visiting Orlando such a special holiday. Indian Ridge Oaks Estate backs onto the stunning Mystic Dunes Championship Golf Course at the Wyndham Palms Golf and Country Club. With further golf courses only minutes away. Supermarkets, World Class Restaurants, Shopping Centres and of course The American Dream Disney are found just around the corner.

We are fully licensed with the State of Florida and the villa is fitted with smoke detectors, fire extinguisher and first aid kit. All local telephone calls are free from our villa, if you wish to make long distance, or International calls, then you can make them from the villa, by using a phone card, which can be purchased locally.

Living Room and Dining
In the spacious living room there are deluxe carpets, ample sofas, Cable TV, DVD and CD players. The living room is complemented by a separate family dining area with table and chairs, ideal for formal eating and directly accessible from the kitchen.
In addition there is less formal eating space in the separate breakfast area, again with tables and chairs.
For younger visitors there is a high chair in the house for your use during your stay.

Kitchen
In Kitchen there is every facility you would expect in a luxury home, with a full range of appliances including oven and hob, full sized refrigerator, microwave oven, cupboards, crockery, cutlery, glasses, pans and other cooking utensils.
There is also a separate area housing a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Bedrooms
Good sized bedrooms come complete with a Kingsize Master with en-suite, double and twin bed, to meet the sleeping requirements of your particular party.
Beds are complete with all sheets, including spare sets, and each room contains wardrobes and hangars, and drawers.
If you have younger guests with you, the home includes a cot for your use, along with mats and bedding.
Bathrooms
Each of the two bathrooms includes wc, shower and bath facilities, and all towels required for your stay.

By the pool
The luxurious swimming pool is fully protected from mosquitos by the full ‘lanai’ which encloses it, and provides you with privacy to relax and unwind. Complete with sun loungers, chairs, and a dining area, this is a great place to enjoy a few hours at the end of the day, or a barbeque for those meals by the pool, which is also provided for your use.
The swimming pool backs onto the Mystic Dunes Golf Course providing an environment which is not overlooked, for you to enjoy the Florida sunshine.
