20 minutes from Walt Disney World and close to the Interstate 4 giving access to most of the other attractions, including Universal Studios, Seaworld and Cypress Gardens. Close to Championship Golf Courses at Champions Gate, Mystic Dunes, Highlands Reserve and Ridgewood Lakes - all designed by some of the World's top players. The Community of Sunridge Woods is established and quiet, ideal to relax in after a day at the parks. The villa backs on to a conservation area and is on a large plot, it was originally a show home for the development.

3 Bedroom, 2 bathrooms (one en suite). The main bedroom has a King sized 7ft. bed, the second bedroom has a Queen size bed and the third is a twin room. The lounge is large and has a TV video player and DVD player, plus two 3 seater sofas. The kitchen / diner seats six and is well fitted. All bedding and towels are included. The pool is 30ft x 15 ft and can be electrically heated in the winter months.

Disney is a 20 minute drive, Universal and Seaworld are approx. 30 minutes away. Many championship Golf courses within easy driving distance.
