This is a luxury 5 bed villa which offers privacy and seclusion on a large lot with a view of the lake.
Two master bedrooms with american king sized beds,
first bedroom is on the ground floor has a walk in wardrobe, a door leading out to the extra large pool and spa which is not over looked, his and hers vanity units, seperate toilet&shower room.
Second master bedroom is situated on the first floor and has a walk in wardrobe, single vanity unit, toilet and shower.
Three further bedrooms have optional en- suite with single vanity units toilet bath and shower.
The living room is on the ground floor with colour cable tv and dvd player,with upgraded furniture.
There is also a formal dinning area and a seperate breakfast table and breakfast bar.
Off the living area the is a den/ play room with a tv dvd player HiFi with play station 2, this room can also be used as a sixth bedroom.
A fully fitted kitchen with all new appliances and utility room also with new appliances i.e. washing machine dryer iron and iron board also hair dryer available.
Off the living room patio doors lead out to the lanai with the added comfort of a ceiling fan,leading to a fantastic pool with a integral spa.

Its really easy Either e-mail or phone with your required dates. We reply that same day with a no obligation quote. If you want to book that price always stays the same . We then either post or e-mail a booking form which ever you prefer. Once the completed booking form and $300 per week deposit is received we will forward on a receipt this deposit holds the home in your name. Six to eight weeks before your holiday we will contact you for your final balance and $500 security deposit we then forward on a receipt. Two weeks before your holiday we will send you. Directions to the home. Lockbox number for the key. Management company phone number. In the home is a manual with all you need to know. one week after your return security deposit will be refunded. Also we offer help with places to see, where to eat,anything to do with Florida Also SAT-NAV for hire.

Dear Nikki,
The house was absolutely beautiful inside and out! The alarm and gated community gave us a real sense of security. The grocery was located conveniently just down the road. The drive to Disney, Universal, and Discovery Cove was very easy, and we were far enough away that traffic was never a problem for us. When we arrived late that first night the exterior of the house was all lit up, and it looked very warm and inviting. The welcome basket of basic food supplies was perfect, and the starter toiletries were extremely helpful. The kitchen had every accessory anyone could ever possibly need. The kids loved the game room, and the PS2. There was an abundance of towels, pillows, and hot water. The house felt like a home to us, not just a rental property, and the kids miss it very much. We had a wonderful vacation!
