Windsor Palms is the premier vacation resort which is located within minutes of Disney, restaurants and shops. It is a gated community with a clubhouse and recreation centre complete with tennis and basketball courts, fitness centre, olympic size pool, cinema, convenience store and lots more. Sunburst Villa is our wonderfully luxurious 5 bed 5 bath villa with 36ft south-facing pool. It is totally private, on over one-quarter acre of magnificent landscaped gardens and has uninterrupted views over a scenic conservation area. Mature trees and shrubs provide absolute privacy for the pool area. The pool and huge pool deck get the sun all day but there is some shade in the lanai. There is lots of super-comfort pool furniture for ultimate relaxation. Inside, the villa is exquisitely furnished and decorated. We have 2 king en-suite bedrooms and a queen bedroom, the main master with doors to the pool. All have luxurious orthopaedic mattresses. There are 2 twin bedrooms also and a further full bathroom and 2 half-baths. All bedrooms have TV's. There is a DVD player, VCR and CD player. High-speed internet - bring your own laptop. All telephone calls are free. NEW FOR 2008!!! WE NOW HAVE A FULLY AIR CONDITIONED GAMES ROOM WITH WALL MOUNTED 37" TV & WII CONSOLE ALONG WITH VARIOUS TABLE GAMES.

Formosa Gardens Village, with a variety of shops and 7 great restaurants, is a 2-minute drive. We are within minutes of Disney and all the attractions. Florida Mall and Millennia Mall is a 20 to 25 minute drive. The factory outlet designer stores on International Drive are also within easy reach.
