Our pool home is located in the private, gated estate of Briarwood. It is 10 minutes away from downtown Naples with it's upmarket shopping, restaurants and white sandy beaches.
Briarwood has a large private pool, tennis courts and childrens play area for exclusive use of its residents.
A large Publix supermarket is only 3 minutes drive.

The villa has 4 bedrooms, two double rooms with en suite facilities and 2 twin rooms sharing the 3rd bathroom.
The living area opens out onto the pool, as does the master bedroom.
There are two tables for dining and a large seating area comfortably furnished.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a separate laundry room.
The villa is tastefully decorated throughout and is ideal for up to two families to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
2 sets of golf clubs are available for use free of charge.

Naples is an idyllic setting with beautiful beaches, dolphin and sunset cruises, as well as deep sea fishing all available.
There is an abundance of golf courses within easy reach of the property.
The Everglades National Park is an hours drive away, and the beautiful islands of Marco Island, Sanibel and Captiva are within reach.
There are also many art galleries, museums and theatres within the Naples area.
