This villa has plenty to offer with its very own private heated pool and spa (lanai). Given its south facing aspect the lanai gives you the opportunity to enjoy the sunshine at any time of day without being overlooked. As Florida is renowned for its sunshine and can get extremely hot, a covered area with ceiling fan allows you to relax whilst keeping cool. Pool side furniture including sun loungers, are provided for use at your convenience. Our villa concists of Living room (access to lanai), Second living area, Kitchen Dining area, 2 Master bedroom's with ensuite's(walk in wardrobes,access to lanai), 2 twin bedrooms that share a bathroom(large built-in wardrobes, Utility room and a Games room (pool,ping pong etc)
