Highlands Reserve is a lovely community, situated close to Highway 27, which is part residential and part rental. In addition to the facilities offered at the villa, there is a full size community pool , a children's play area, and an all weather tennis court. The villa is only a short walk from Highlands Reserve 18 hole Championship Golf Course. Disney World is a 10 minute drive via one of two routes. There are shops and an excellent Publix supermarket very close by.

This luxuriously furnished 4 bed 3 bath air-conditioned executive home is located on the prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf Community. One of the special features of this home is the 32' x 18' pool, with a lazing platform and swim up seats. The other great feature is the 2 Master Suites a King and a Queen (ideal for 2 families sharing) with another Queen and a Twin bedroom separated by a jack and jill bathroom. There is also a pull out sofa bed in the den. All the bedrooms have flat screen TV with cable and the family room room has a big 36" flat screen TV with DVD, Video, Surround Sound with ceiling and wall speakers built in, as well as a stereo system. Living Areas:

In addition there is a den, complete with desk, telephone point (for internet connection), flat screen TV and a further DVD/Video player and sofa.


Master Bedrooms:


The 2 Master Bedrooms one with King size the other with Queen size beds. Each are equipped with Cable TV, and access to the Pool Deck. One bathroom has a large spa bath and both have separate walk in showers.


Other Bedrooms:


The remaining bedrooms are separate from the Master suites, and share a Jack & Jill bathroom, Each bedroom has a 20" flat screen Cable TV, one is a Queen, the other a Twin.


Exterior:


One of the main features of the villa is the great South facing 32'x18' pool with oversized pool deck. The area is not overlooked and in addition to the pool, there is a large patio area with ample sun loungers for two families, plus a table and chairs for when you decide to eat lunch out by the pool. There is also a ceiling fan to give a welcome breeze if the mid-day sun gets too hot! We also have a large double garage with automatic door, so you don't have to go out to a baking hot car each day!
