3000sq ft of air-conditioned luxury, our home is beautifully furnished and equipped to the highest standards. Downstairs you will find a 2-car garage with room for a small boat or Jet Ski’s, a well equipped Games room with Pool Table etc, and of course, the pool. Upstairs is the living accommodation, which comprises Master bedroom, en-suite bathroom with patio doors leading to the balcony, three further large bedrooms, one double and two twin, sharing a second bathroom. There is a spacious open-plan living/dining area with patio doors leading to the balcony overlooking pool area. Guests have access to the nearby Country Club with Tennis and a supurb Private Beach with white sand, palm trees, shaded picnic tables and BBQ areas. Our home is ideal for families looking for spacious quality accommodation, with access to a private beach, Boat Ramp, and all the amenities close by. There is a computer and access to DLS/Broadband available, also Cable T.V., D.V.D.,VCR and a stereo system also for your enjoyment. The property is managed professionally on our behalf by locally-based managing agents.

The location was also just right - close enough to some fantastic Gulf Coast beaches, yet far enough to be out of the daily rush of the main holiday resort hotels and parks. Mr & Mrs Richie Evans...... We have been visiting Florida for 15 years now and this was the first time we had been so far north. The house was everything it was cracked up to be and more. It was more than spacious, it was in a lovely quiet area, it was nipping clean and had everything you could or would need for your vacation, even a corkscrew for that bottle of wine to drink on the balcony in the evenings. Every room was modern and comfortable and the en-suite bathroom is super. Its location is superb, it's far enough away from I19 to be quiet yet near enough to be able to get to anywhere you want. Supermarkets, shops and restaurants are minutes away. Tarpon springs sponge docks are only a 10 minute drive and well worth the visit. The private beach was exellent. Sometimes you were the only one on it and the sea life you saw was awesome. Dolphins and Rays came and swam with us nearly every day. As seasoned travellers we are not easily impressed but I would recommend booking here anytime it's far the best we've vacationed at. Some areas and some properties let you down when you get there, not here.
We had a fab holiday although the weather let us down a bit (we had 3 consecutive days of torrential rain) apparently much needed.
Still we were able to go to Ellenton and hit the shops. We also went up to Crystal River and swam with the manatees which was brilliant."
