The entrance to our home leads to the hallway, off which is the kitchen. Fully equipped including cooker,dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine & all utensils, it also features a breakfast table overlooking the garden.
The hall then leads to the Dining Area & Lounge.
The Dining Area has a formal table with an serving arch link to the kitchen.
The lounge features a 3 seater (queen sized) sofa bed, 2 seater sofa & chair, + Cable TV, DVD & CD music centre (+ DVDs & Books).
The lounge overlooks the lanai (patio) area.
The lanai has patio furniture & loungers with a South facing screen covered pool. Pool heating is available for the cooler months (at an additional cost).
The Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed, Cable TV, Clock Radio & Clock, Walk-in Closet & Spacious En-Suite Bathroom. The Wireless internet modem is based in here - we provide a Compaq laptop or you can bring your own!
Bedroom 2 has Twin Beds, Cable TV, Clock, Closet & Dresser.
Bedroom 3 has a Full Size Double Bed, Cable TV, VCR, PS2 Games Console (& games),Clock, Dresser & Closset.
The second Bathroom has a shower & bath & is located between bedrooms 2 & 3.
Laundry facilities of a washing machine & tumble dryer, iron & ironing board and vacuum cleaner are situated in the garage.
The garage is now also home to a GAMES ROOM featuring a 7' Pool Table, Air Hockey Table and 54" Table Football (Foosball).
Included in the Rental cost is a cot (incl linen), highchair & 2 strollers (pushchair); beach/pool towels; all linen + towels & hairdryers.
The villa is fully airconditioned with additional ceiling fans in the lounge and master bedroom.
Safety is paramount - we have a fully monitored alarm system, additional alarm on the patio door for access to the pool area from inside and a pool safety fence around it.
