Our home is fully air conditioned and has a spacious open plan living area that includes a large lounge with wide sliding doors leading onto the extended pool deck with panoramic views over the lake. There is a separate dining area for those more formal gourmet occasions. The lounge is equipped with Cable TV, VCR, DVD and telephone. Beautifully carpeted and tiled throughout in tastefully co-ordinated pastel shades to perfectly compliment the Florida sunshine.

The breakfast room overlooks the pool and lake through large picture windows and the kitchen is equipped with all those appliances that make life easier.

The master suite has a queen size bed, walk-in wardrobe, TV, dresser and pool access through patio doors. The en-suite bathroom has twin vanity unit, large walk-in shower, bath and separate toilet. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed and the third and fourth bedrooms each have twin beds. The second bathroom has twin vanity unity, bath with shower and toilet.

The screened pool deck overlooks the lake and is equipped with sun loungers, chairs and table. The 28’ x 14’ heated pool has the benefits of both solar and electric heating and has underwater lighting.

With palm fringed avenues and miles of white sandy beaches Fort Myers is a favourite vacation destination. There is so much to do and see for every member of the family. The area is one of natural beauty with many protected nature and wildlife preserves. Water sport enthusiasts and sport fans alike will never lack for lots of fun and excitement. Boat charters are available for fishing trips or dolphin watching. For the golfer there is a choice of over fifty courses, and for those who are interested in the region this the Ford and Edison Summer Estates to be explored.

Silversands is only a fifteen minute drive from South West Florida’s International Airport, Tampa Airport is about one and a half hours drive and Miami is just two hours away.
