Our beautiful family owned villa is conveniently located at the P.G.A. championship Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, just a 20-minute drive from Disney & Cypress Gardens. This executive golf villa is stylishly furnished and fully equipped to high standards. Sleeps six comfortably and is exceptional value. Our tastefully decorated villa has all the facilities to make your stay in Florida complete. On entry through porch area you step into the light, airy and spacious open plan lounge (with vaulted ceiling,) dining and kitchen area. Fully air conditioned throughout.There are 3 bedrooms (1 queen, 1 double and a twin bedded). The master bedroom is en suite with bath/shower, WC, mirrored vanity unity and hairdryer. The master bedroom, with ceiling fan, has a walk in storage cupboard with plenty of hanging space. The other two bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. Cable TV is provided in each bedroom as well as radio alarm clocks. There is an additional bathroom with bath/shower, WC, mirrored vanity unit and hairdryer.The living room with ceiling fan has cable TV, DVD player, music system, books and games for you to enjoy.The kitchen is fitted with full size oven, hob, and fridge freezer with icemaker, built in microwave oven, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. There is also a breakfast bar and kitchen overlooks the covered pool, the screening lets sun in, keeps bugs out and also has private netting sections for when you are lounging! All kitchen utensils, cutlery, towels,2 beach towels, linens, two hairdryers and iron are provided. The large garage provides space for one car. There is a washer, dryer, vacuum cleaner and ironing board etc. and is accessible via the villa through a secure internal door. We are fortunate to have our home personally looked after very efficiently by a brilliant management company, who are contactable during your stay, should you need their assistance.

Location of Southern Dunes is great,stayed here previously, not too busy like Kissimmee is. Chris M. from Stockport.

This superb location boasts a P.G.A. championship 18-hole golf course 20 minutes south west of Disney, just off the US27 South. The gated entrance (with 24 hours security) leads to the widely acclaimed golf course with undulating greens, tree lined fairways as well as 183 bunkers, driving range and practice area. Visiting the clubhouse is a must (10 mins leasurely walk) as you can enjoy great reasonably priced food and is open to anyone- not just golfers!!! You don’t have to be a golfer to enjoy staying at this prestigious community! Other features of Southern Dunes include 3 community pools, children’s play area, tennis courts, 2 recreation centres and fishing lake- and you only pay for the golf! A selection of shops including Super Wal-Mart, fast food and family style restaurants are within walking distance (which is uncommon for lots of other estates) or short drive, as they are located near to Southern Dunes entrance.
