This is a new 4 bedroom 3 bathroom ( two with master suites) air conditioned villa with a screened private heated pool and spa( $25 a night extra) , backing onto a conservation area.

It is also fully screened to keep out any flying insects. The villa has a 2 car garage and additional ample parking space.

Disney World is only 10 minutes away and Sea World is 20 minutes away. Kissimmee is only a short drive away with all its restaurants and entertainment options. The villa is within easy reach of Tampa and Busch Gardens and Clearwater beach on the Gulf coast.
