Tuscan Ridge is situated on Highway 27, 15 minutes south west of Disney, within 5 minutes of junction 58 (Champions Gate) or interstate I-4, which is the main road artery giving easy access to all of the major theme parks and attractions. Highway 27 joins the busy and well known highway 192 for easy access to local restaurants and evening entertainment.
For golfers there are 2 highly rated courses less than five minutes from our villa. These are the new, Greg Norman designed, 36 hole Champions Gate course and the scenic Highlands Reserve course. |

My wife Claire’s love of model / show homes is clear to see in our beautifully presented holiday home. All bedrooms and living rooms have cable TV and ceiling fans, in addition to air-conditioning for added comfort.
Our villa in Orlando was previously a show home / model home, so contains many upgrades, such as: ceramic floor tiling to living room, marble top sinks to all bathrooms, glass top oven, icemaker fridge, luxury blinds, embossed tiling to bathrooms, jacuzzi bath, roll edge corners to walls. Collectively these features make our Orlando villa more luxurious than the standard Orlando holiday home.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences. There is ample room for relaxing in either the family room, with access to the pool deck or the formal living room. For mealtimes there is the sumptuous formal dining area, the breakfast nook overlooking the pool and not forgetting the covered lanai for shaded alfresco dining.
In our effort to constantly improve our home for future guests, we have continued to upgrade our home year on year; with the games room added in September 2005 and an additional 200 square foot screened pool deck extension completed in May 2006. In 2007 we bought new pictures and furnishings, linens, towels and beach towels for those reduced baggage allowances, plus the new Nintendo Wii with 5 game sports package with, golf, tennis, boxing, bowling and baseball, not just for the kids but for the whole family to enjoy! In 2008 we have already added 7MB high-speed Internet access, not the half meg some call high speed! We have also upgraded to free national calls and digital TV with around 200 channels.
