Only 2 miles from the magic of Disney and 2 minutes from the highway 192 with all it's restaurants, shops, supermarkets and attractions it has to offer. The main highways are only 5 minutes away.

The living area is fully furnished with 2 sofas, a coffee table, large screen cable TV, VCR, DVD player and a stereo music system.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the usual conveniences including electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice maker, microwave, filter coffee maker, blender, toaster, popcorn machine and other small appliances. The breakfast nook has a 6 seater table & chairs and a breakfast bar.

The grand room is luxuriously furnished with a formal dining area for up to 8 people and a separate sitting area with 2 elegant sofas and chair, Wall mounted 37" LCD Tv with a Dvd surround sound home theatre system. We also offer free use of our Desk top Computer with High Speed Internet access (all free).


The Master Bedroom 1 is situated on the ground floor has a King size bed, 32" Cable TV and Video player, telephone, alarm, 2 walk in wardrobes, a dressing table and bedside tables. The en-suite has a large walk in shower and a twin vanity unit. The master suite also has a sitting area with patio doors leading out on to the pool.


Upstairs Master Bedroom 2 has a Queen Size bed, built in closet, TV and dresser with en-suite bathroom - roman bath and shower unit.


Bedrooms 3 & 4 are also situated upstairs and these are both lovely twin bedded rooms decorated to Spiderman & Disney Princess themes, which share a large en-suite bathroom with inter-lockable doors for privacy. These rooms also have TV’s, closets and units


Bedroom 5 is situated on the ground floor and has a double bed, TV, dresser and a built in closet. Each bedroom has it's own Cable Tv.


There is a separate utility room on the ground floor complete with washer,drier, iron and ironing board. Our GAMES ROOM with Pool table, Air Hockey, Table Foosball, Electronic Darts, 32" Tv with X-Box games consul & a Treadmill (running machine) for the 'Disney Calories'!


Our pool is large and South Facing with enough deck space for all the family/friends to relax around together with a lanai for that added comfort. There is plenty of patio furniture around the pool and a large grassed area at the side of the villa for all to have fun and BBQ’s. (We have an end villa).
