Our luxurious new Gulf Coast villa has it all! It is situated in a quiet residential part of Spring Hill, which is in the area known as Florida’s Nature Coast, with abundant bird life and even manatees can be seen in the wild, yet the villa is within easy reach of Tampa International Airport (45 minutes via the new Suncoast Parkway) and the major theme parks. The area is a paradise for golfers of all abilities as there are numerous courses nearby. The Gulf Coast beaches are only 11 minutes away and there are many shops and restaurants within a short drive of the villa. Our property enjoys an open aspect and the pool and sundeck are bathed in sunshine throughout the day.

The villa was only completed in June 2004 and features everything that you would require for a truly enjoyable holiday. The property has one queen bedded master bedroom with en suite bathroom and TV, a further queen bedded room and a twin bedded room. There is a second bathroom and a fully equipped utility room. The large comfortable family room has a wide screen TV with DVD/Video player. There is a separate dining area and a breakfast nook adjoining the fully fitted kitchen. The star feature of the property is the 28’ x 14’ swimming pool with large sunbathing deck, which includes a covered dining area to take advantage of outdoor living. The entire pool and patio area is screened and there is optional electric pool heating available for the winter months.

Weeki Wachee Springs and Buccaneer Bay Water Park are nearby and the wildlife reserve of Homasassa Springs is a short drive away. The resorts of Clearwater, Tarpon Springs and St. Petersburg are within one hour’s drive. For the serious shoppers there is the Gulf View Shopping Mall at New Port Richey and the Crystal River Mall both within 30 minutes drive of the villa. Busch Gardens theme park is 40 minutes drive and the many attractions of Orlando are only 60 miles away.
