The villa provides a spacious open plan living area with two large sofas, one of which converts into a queen bed. The living room overlooks the swimming pool and has a large sliding patio door providing access onto the pool deck. There is a TV with cable and DVD/VCR connected. We also provide a stereo CD player and a Playstation 2 with games for your entertainment.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with full size cooker, fridge freezer with icemaker, microwave oven, dishwasher and many other appliances. The dining area has an extending table and chairs seating up to 8 people. There are a further two stools which can be used at the adjacent breakfast bar. The dining area has direct access to the lanai (shaded patio area) via sliding doors.
The master bedroom has a King size bed and en-suite bathroom with wc, garden tub bath, large shower cubicle and twin vanity units. There is a walk-in wardrobe off the bathroom. The master bedroom also has sliding doors onto the pool area. Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed and en-suite shower room/wc. There are two further bedrooms with twin beds, including a Disney themed room. All bedrooms also have cable TV. The third bathroom has a bath with shower over, wash hand basin and wc.
The Games Room contains a pool table & foosball/soccer
Three patio doors lead directly onto the screened pool deck where you will find sun loungers and chairs to enjoy the Florida sunshine until late into the evening. There is a shaded lanai area that has an overhead fanlight and a table and chairs for outside dining. The pool can be heated upon request during the cooler months. |
