Brand new luxury four bedroom two bathroom villa, completed July 2004, and furnished by Orlando's leading interior design company. Lovely south facing 28ft pool with views over a pretty lake.
Our villa really is a "home away from home", with bright and spacious accommodation, tasteful decor and a fantastic location.
There is a large living/dining area with a comfortable three piece suite and a dining table which seats six. Additionally there is a large family room with a further two sofas and a "nook" area which seats four in a more informal dining setting overlooking the pool and lake.
The kitchen area benefits from a breakfast bar and a full range of Whirlpool appliances, (including cooker, microwave, large refrigerator,etc). There is also a separate laundry area with large washing and drying machines and ironing facilities.
The large and bright king sized master bedroom has a luxurious ensuite bathroom and large walk-in closet.
The swimming pool area is south facing and has the sun all day long. It is fully screened and has relaxing recliners and table/chairs.

Within 5 minutes of WalMart and a multitude of restaurants and shops. The I4 is only a 10 minute drive away, making everything Orlando and Kissimmee have to offer easily accessible.
