Orange Tree is situated on highway 27 2 miles north of the junction with the 192 with its easy access to the Theme Parks.
Orange Tree is one of the most attractive and upscale communities in the area, and is beautifully located amongst orange groves and conservation land.

Our villa is the largest house type on Orange tree and occupies an oversized corner lot in the heart of the community. Unusually for the area this is a 6 bedroomed house all on one level. No stairs to worry about if you have small children or oldies!.
Bedrooms comprise 1 king sized double,1 standard double,and 4 twin bedrooms,and together with an additional queen sized sofa bed in the living room,provides sleeping accomodation for 14 people.
We have two large and separate living areas to provide plenty of relaxation space for large parties.
There is a separate dining room,and an additional breakfast area in the nook adjacent to the kitchen.
Outside is a large south west facing heated and screened swimming pool,set within a spacious patio and covered porch area, which includes a four person hot tub ideal for relaxing with a drink and watching the sunset. The pool area is not overlooked by other property, and can be accessed via french doors from the master bedroom,nook and family room. There is access to one of the bathrooms from the pool deck.
Facilities within Buttermere include cable TV, DVD players, Playstation 2, Sony hi-fi, and a selection of CD's DVD'S books, maps etc.
To make the most of the sports facilities on Orange Tree tennis racquets, footballs etc are available for your use.
For keen golfers a set of clubs is available and you will entitled to discounts at"Falcons Fire""Mystic Dunes""Legends" & "Kings Ridge" courses, exclusively for Orange Tree owners and guests.
From Easter 2006 we will be adding a games room including an 8' slate bed pool table togther with other games.

Orange Tree is very close to all major attractions, Disney for example being an easy 15 minute drive.
For a different type of day try Lake Louisa State Park 5 minutes away.
10 miles to the north is Clermont with its quaint Historic Trailhead district
Supermarkets[including a supersize Walmart!]restaurants, banks,pharmacies etc are within 5 minutes.
