Our home is located at Florida Pines on US Highway 27.

Only 15 minutes from Disney World, minutes from Kissimmee and ideally situated to the I4 highway, the villa provides quick and easy access to all the major attractions.

Florida Pines is a quiet community and benefits from a community pool and playground.

Our luxury villa has 4 bedrooms with 2 master suites (convenient for 2 families to share) 3 bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 8 - 10 people.

The villa is air conditioned and fully furnished and equipped to a high standard and has a private screened south facing pool and spa Jacuzzi so you benefit from the sun all day.

The spacious family room has a large screen TV, DVD, VCR and multi CD audio system. You access the pool through patio doors onto the shaded lanai (porch) area of the pool.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils. It contains a large fridge/freezer with ice maker, large cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, blender and a waste disposal unit. There is also a dining table and breakfast bar and a full size washing machine and dryer.

There is a games room equipped with a 7 foot pool table which easily
converts to a table tennis table. There is also an air hockey table and electronic dart board.

Both master suites have Queen size beds with walk-in closets and 21" cable TV's and DVD players. The other 2 bedrooms are twin bedded with built-in wardrobes. Both of these twin rooms benefit from cable TV and adjoining access to the 3rd bathroom. One of the twin bedrooms has a dvd player and an arcade style video games console. The other one has a Sony PS2. If you have a baby we provide a crib and high chair.

As the pool and spa are south facing, you would not normally require them to be heated during the hot summer months. During the cooler months both can be heated on request. To take advantage of the south facing pool which gets the sun all day, there is luxurious patio furniture and sun loungers to relax on. Pool loungers and toys are also provided.

Use of the telephone for local calls is free. Long distance and international calls can be made via a telephone calling card.

Although smoking is not permitted inside the home, it is allowed outside by the pool area.
