Easily located just off Interstate 75 (Exit 220) and just a short drive from the idyllic Beaches of Bradenton, Sarasota, St. Armands and the endless white sands found at Anna Maria Island and Longboat Key.

Our home is well appointed and very welcoming. We have furnished our home to provide maximum comfort and enjoyment for our guests. Comprising of an entrance foyer leading on to a relaxing living room and dining area. A large well appointed breakfast kitchen with a host of modern appliances, ample crockery and cutlery to suit your every need. A comfortable family room offers you cable TV, DVD and Video. The utility area houses a large load washing machine, dryer and tub sink.

The large master bedroom offers a queen sized bed, walk in closet and en-suite bathroom with large shower cubicle, deep corner bath, and twin vanity basins and separate toilet. There are a further three spacious bedrooms. A double room with queen bed with en-suite facilities and two twin bedrooms sharing an ensite with shower and bath.

Outside a large covered lanai offers lakeside views where you can relax on a sun lounger and enjoy watching various species of wildlife wander by whilst soaking up the Floridian sun. Cool off in the swimming pool with its cascading waters. In the evening enjoy the patio area with a meal al fresco style and recharge your batteries for the next busy day ahead.

For the keen golfer Heritage Harbour offers a Golf course which is a true test of championship caliber golf, with an 18 hole par 72 course. Other Golf courses near by include Imperial Lakes Golf Course located just 10 Min’s drive away offering a course that is quite tight and a tough challenge. Cypress Creek Golf Course is 20 Min’s drive a course with lots of character.

For those who prefer to sit back and take it easy there are the idyllic beaches of Bradenton, Sarasota, St Armand’s and the endless white sands found at Anna Maria Island and Longboat Key.

Ellenton shopping mall is just minutes away for those who like a true bargain. There are also many attractions such as Ringling Museum of Art, Sarasota Village of Arts, Classic Car Museum, Mote Aquarium, Myakka Safari Tours and Busch Gardens are all within a 40 minute drive away
