A detached luxurious, fully air conditioned villa that sleeps 8 comfortably in 2 master bedrooms (both en-suite), 2 twin bedrooms (one Disney themed for younger children) and an adjacent Family bathroom. Cots and high chairs can also be made available on request.
The spacious accommodation includes a large lounge and dining area, newly furnished to a very high standard, with child-alarmed patio doors onto the pool deck and garden. A Games Room is available, containing a pool table, table tennis, table football and darts.
Cable television is available in the family room and in both of the master bedrooms. With English Premier League matches live on TV.
A high speed internet connection is available. plus VCR/DVD/CD/radio/cassette player and a selection of books and games are also provided for your entertainment.
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer with icemaker, waste disposal unit, coffeemaker and all necessary utensils, cutlery, crockery and glassware.
Laundry facilities include a large washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
For the hire car there is a wide drive entrance to the property and a large double garage.
To call home there is a telephone and local calls are free!
All bed linen and towels are supplied and hairdryers are provided in each of the bathrooms.
You will probably want to spend most of your time outside relaxing by the private 28’ x 14’ south-facing screened pool, drenched in sunshine most of the day and floodlit at night. At cooler times of the year there is the option of having the pool heated. The large pool deck has a range of comfortable patio furniture and a poolside shower room in which to get changed.
Needless to say the villa is licensed and equipped to meet all fire and safety requirements. And of course there is a local management company on call 24 hours a day, who will ensure that your stay is relaxed and trouble-free, and if required provide you with discount tickets for all of the day and nighttime Orlando attractions.

The villa is situated in the Aylesbury estate, off highway US27, surrounded by orange groves. 5 minutes from Interstate highway I-4 taking you to Orlando International airport and the beaches, and 15 minutes from the entrance to Disney World.
Local shops,restaurants,take-aways and an English pub are within walking distance. Just 10 minutes away on the outskirts of the picturesque town of Clermont and the natural beauty of the Chain of Lakes is a larger selection of hypermarkets and stores.
The further delights of Orlando, including Universal, Sea World, International Drive and the Orlando shopping malls are 20 – 30 minutes from the villa. The Gulf and Atlantic beaches and attractions, including Kennedy Space Centre and Busch Gardens are reachable in one hour.
Sports enthusiasts can enjoy a range of facilities. Golf (several local courses of championship standard), tennis, fishing and watersports are all within a short drive.
