Highgate Park is a prestigious holiday community located in a peaceful location set amongst beautiful rolling countryside with an abundance of pine trees and orange groves adding to the natural beauty of the area. It is ideally situated on the US Highway 27, just minutes south of the US Highway 192,only a short drive from shops, supermarkets, restaurants and golf courses and less than 15 minutes drive to Disney World.

Completed in July 2005 our beautiful Executive 4-bedroomed fully air conditioned villa is furnished to a very high standard. The villa, set on a south facing corner plot with open aspects has been beautifully furnished to a very high standard and comes fully equipped with everything you need for the perfect holiday.
The furnishings have been individually chosen to make it a real home-from-home and the living room and all bedrooms have Cable TV.
Our luxurious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom (2 en-suites, ideal for 2 families), is equipped with 5 cable TV's, upgraded kitchen appliances, hand picked high grade furnishings and extended pool deck area with plenty of relaxing pool furniture.
The large open plan family room is comfortably furnished to a high standard and looks out on to the pool area. The living room has two sofas, one of which is a queen size sofa bed, cable TV, VCR. The luxury kitchen, with breakfast table and chairs, is fully equipped with a full size oven and hob, fridge freezer with ice- maker, built in microwave oven, dishwasher, waste disposal, telephone and fax machine. Adjoining the kitchen is a separate laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Our villa sleeps 2-10 people. The spacious master bedroom, with en-suite, has a king size bed, large walk in closet with safety deposit box, remote control cable TV, radio alarm clock and hairdryer. The en-suite bathroom has his and hers inset hand basins, large walk in shower, corner bath and separate toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed, remote control cable TV, with en-suite and a large closet with plenty of hanging and drawer space. There are two further twin bedded rooms both with cable TV and large closets. There is a third full size bathroom with basin, bath, shower, toilet and hairdryer.
All bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided. Patio doors, with child alarm, lead out to the fully screened, south facing extended deck area with pool and Jacuzzi spa. The pool is serviced and cleaned weekly, and arrangements can be made to have the pool heated during the cooler months. Sun-loungers, patio chairs and table are provided. There is free use of the on-site leisure facilities including tennis courts and children’s play area.

The very spacious accommodation comprises of:

2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms, 2 living rooms and 3 bathrooms. The master suite comprises a king size bed with en-suite facilities.

Attractions & Distances

For the golf enthusiast there is a Links style 18-hole golf course (Champions Gate - designed by Greg Norman) just 10 minutes drive away. The property is also within 15 minutes of another six good courses.
For a family holiday all of the major attractions including Disney, Sea World, Universal Studios and Cypress Gardens are within 30 minutes drive.
The Gulf and Atlantic coasts and Kennedy Space Centre is only an hour and a half away.
