Our villa is located only 10 minutes from Disney and occupies a large corner plot on the exclusive Orange Tree development, on Highway 27, 1½ miles north of Highway 192 and 10 minutes away from Interstate 4. Orange Tree is a new community, 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport and 75 minutes from Sanford. It is set in and amongst lovely Orange Groves. There is a children's playground, tennis courts and basketball court within the community all within a 2 minute walk. A good range of shops and supermarkets and an abundance of restaurants and attractions are close by such as Disney, Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, MGM Studios, Universal, Sea World, Water Parks and many more. Kennedy Space Centre and Tampa are 45 minutes away and the Gulf coast can be reached in 90 minutes. There are plenty of other activities including Orange Lake Golf Course and Country Club (plus 10 other courses within a 10 mile radius) and 15 clear spring fed lakes excellent for fishing, boating and swimming activities. Orange Tree is an ideal base to see what Orlando and the rest of Florida have to offer.

The villa offers spacious accommodation of over 1700 sq ft of living space for up to 8 people. Outside the extended pool and patio area comfortably allows for 6 loungers to soak up that Florida sun. The pool is large and has a Mickey Mouse shaped spa/hot tub to relax in after a busy day visiting the theme parks. A gas barbecue is provided for Al Fresco dining.


Living Area

The large comfortable living area has seating for 6 adults and has TV, DVD and Video. A selection of DVD’s and videos are available for use by the occupants. There is also a formal dining area, which can double as a gaming table. A selection of games, cards, jigsaws etc are provided for all the family’s enjoyment.


Kitchen

The kitchen is fully kitted out with all modern appliances including the following:- Large Fridge Freezer, Oven, Ceramic Hob and Grill, Dishwasher, Toaster, Blender/Mixer, All cooking utensils, All Crockery and Glasses, Kettle/Coffee maker.
A utility room has a Washer and Tumble drier.

Dining for 8 people. Stools to breakfast bar. Entry to pool area.

King Size bed. En suite bathroom with His and Hers wash basins, large bath, shower cubicle, toilet and entry to pool area. TV/DVD. Walk in closet.
