Our luxurious, fully air-conditioned 2600 square foot villa is set within a secure gated estate just four miles from Disney. This small community is set around two private lakes, but is still only one mile from the shops and restaurants of highway 192.
The estate has a children’s playground, community pool and cabana. The villa’s large pool is southwest facing with underwater lighting and set in a stunning lakeside position. There is a large screen and Lanai (patio) with ceiling fan and light, to watch those beautiful Florida sunsets over the lake.
The large pool area has a good selection of quality chairs and loungers, and a table for that poolside drink or take-away. You have the option of heating the pool. Recommended from November to April.
Our large family room has a vaulted ceiling with fan and a galleried landing plus a three-panel glass sliding door to the pool area; this gives the whole villa an open and airy feel.
In this room for your enjoyment there is a 32” cable TV, DVD player + DVD's, music centre with CD’s, games and books including children's. The local cable company provide over 80 channels including the Cartoon Network and the Disney channel.
There is also a second smaller lounge with a sleeper couch and a dining table for a quite meal. The spacious kitchen is equipped to a high standard with all modern appliances; there are ample dishes and utensils to satisfy the needs of up to 12 guests.
The dining area has a wonderful view the length of the lake. Local calls are free of charge, for your convenience the phone has an answer machine has been supplied.
The first of the two master suites is on the ground floor. This has a luxury Queen-size bed, cable TV, Video, radio alarm, ceiling fan and patio doors, which open on to the pool area with views down the lake.
There is luxurious en-suite with his ‘n hers wash basins, large shower cubicle, large oval bath and separate toilet. Also you have a 2 walk-in closet to complete this master suite.
There is a second bedroom on the ground floor this is a double bedroom, also with cable TV. There a half bathroom, and a laundry room equipped with a large American style washing machine and separate tumble dryer, also there is an ironing board and steam iron.
Upstairs on the first floor you will find the second master suite this has a King Size bed and this room also has a cable TV. The main difference to the master suite downstairs is it has a balcony overlooking the lake. The balcony has a table and two sun chairs to relax and enjoy the view from.
There are two more bedrooms, at the other end of the gallery landing. Both of these are twins, one of which is set out in a Disney theme. Each of these bedrooms has cable TV, one has a playstation 2 and games, and the other has a DVD player. These share the full bathroom.
New for May 2006 is a games room with table football, air hockey and pool table, there is also a darts board. |
