The house extends to 2400 sq ft of air conditioned luxury. It has a 2-car garage and features a large 40' heated pool. The spacious living room has cathedral ceilings and opens directly onto the pool area. The kitchen and dining area have south facing views of the pool to catch the beautiful South West Florida sunsets.

The master suite has a king size bed, walk-in wardrobe, a large bathroom with double vanity areas, whirlpool bath and a private door onto the pool area. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, and also has a walk-in wardrobe and bathroom. Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have 2 single beds and large wardrobes. There is an extensive lanai with outdoor dining area and sun-loungers.
