Outside there is a large patio area with illuminated swimming pool, (which can be electrically heated if required) sun loungers and a large table and chairs. A ceiling fan is fitted in the lanai for your extra comfort. A child safety barrier screen for around the swimming pool is also provided. The whole patio and pool area is fully screened against insects and therefore ideal for outdoor dining. Enjoy a days freshwater fishing from our private boating/fishing deck in the rear garden - you may catch Bass,Crappie, Catfish, Pickerell or the occasional turtle! This riverside retreat is a Villa located in an area of outstanding natural beauty near Englewood and is only 10 to 15 minutes from the beautiful pristine Gulf coast beaches. Rotonda is very popular with golfers there being some 40 golf courses in the area, four of them only a few minutes drive from the Villa. The property is situated on an extra long plot with the rear garden sloping down to the well stocked Rotonda River where you can enjoy the peace and tranquillity combined with fishing (fishing rods provided) or just watching the numerous variety of birds and wildlife.

Unspoilt white sandy beaches can be found at Manasota Key, Lemon Bay, Boca Grande and Don Pedro Island to name but a few. There is excellent local fishing both for the sea and river enthusiasts. Boat hire and water sports are very popular and close to hand. Rotonda is renowned for its golf courses, some 40 plus courses within half an hour drive and five of these are only a few minutes drive from the villa. For the Shopaholics there is a wonderful array of shops from boutiques, antique fairs and flea markets to designer outlets featuring many brand names at incredible prices. In Port Charlotte the children can go roller skating, bowling, Go-karting and rock climbing. There is also tennis, cycling, hiking, cinemas near-by.
With the property being located between Sarasota and Fort Myers you have a choice of airports – Sanford, Orlando, Tampa, Fort Myers or Miami.
If pool heating is requested an extra charge of £50 or US$90 per week will be added.
Payment accepted in US Dollars
A refundable Security Bond of £200/$360 per booking is payable. All 7 night or less bookings incurr an additional charge of £60.00/$110.00 in respect of cleaning and preparation.
