Rolling Hills is one of the closest communities to Disney and is situated in prestigious Formosa Gardens a mile from highway 192.It is approximately 2 miles to the 417 Toll road (Central Florida Greeneway) and I.4, giving easy access to both Orlando International and Sanford Airports. Both the Gulf and Atlantic coasts are readily accessible.

Our newly furnished villa is exceptionally spacious and at 1850sq feet (excluding the games room) is larger than many 4 bedroom homes. To the front is a luxuriously furnished lounge with formal dining area. To the rear is an open plan dining kitchen with breakfast bar to the family room. The bedrooms comprise of a master king suite, a queen and a twin room. In the attractive pool area there is a covered lanai providing welcome shade for dining or lounging, from where you have a beautiful view over the lake.

As our villa is so close to Disney (only 3 miles)
you can spend the morning in the parks and return home in the afternoon for a cooling dip in the pool. You can then go back to the parks refreshed and ready for the evening entertainment and fireworks. Islands of Adventure, Universal and Seaworld are all within 20 minutes Drive and Busch gardens although further afield is easily accessible via the I.4. Many excellent Golf courses are an easy drive from the villa with the Mystic Dunes championship course being within a mile.
