The Lindfields sub-division, Kissimmee is a very popular area being just 4.5 miles from Disney World and within easy reach of all other major Theme Parks. The area is serviced by three main airports – Orlando International (40 min), Sanford International (55 min) and Tampa International (1 ¼ hours). There is an extensive range of restaurants and shops close by.

Our luxury fully air conditioned/heated detached home is in one of Orlando's popular residential areas. It is less than 10 minutes drive to Walt Disney World (Magic Kingdom, Epcot Centre, MGM Studios and Animal Kingdom and it’s two water parks). Sea World and Universal Studios are just a short drive away.

The spacious lounge and dining area has comfy sofas, remote control cable TV, DVD/VCR player and mini hi-fi with patio doors that overlook the south facing patio and pool with a selection of pool-side furniture.

The fully equipped kitchen has all mod cons including microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and full size cooker and a further dining table. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer in the double garage.

The house is fully stocked with linen, towels (including pool-side towels), crockery, cutlery etc.

There are three large bedrooms.The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, TV, VCR, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with large wardrobe and the third bedroom has two single beds. There is a second bathroom with a bath and shower. The villa will accommodate up to 8 people by using two rollaway beds which are stored in the villa.

The villa has its own private, screened pool (fenced for privacy) that can be heated during the cooler months. There is also a cot and highchair available at the villa should they be needed.
