A private gated community only five miles (10 minutes) from Walt Disney world. The shops, malls, and restaurants of Kissimmee's Highway 192 are only minutes down the road. Sunset Lakes is one of the most exclusive addresses close to Walt Disney World. Sunset Lakes is a gated community with two lakes and the villa overlooks an extensive conservation area. It is difficult to believe that you are close to all the attractions and theme parks of Orlando.

The villa has four bedrooms and two bathrooms and comfortably sleeps eight people. it has a south facing screened pool with spa overlooking a conservation area. The villa is all on one level comprising lounge, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, one bedroom with a double bed, two bedrooms with single beds, seperate bathroom and kitchen / dining area. There is a large two car garage.
All kitchen, cooking utensils are provided as well as all linen. There is a television in the lounge and each bedroom. The villa is fully air conditioned and pool heating is available if required (at extra cost). There is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
The villa is non-smoking and unfortunately pets are not allowed.
The property comfortably sleeps 8 but 10 can be accomodated using the sleeper sofa in the lounge.

Walt Disney World is only five miles (10 minutes) from the villa and nearby is Interstate 4 with convenient access to Universal Studios, Sea World and one hour from Kennedy Space Centre.
