The villa is situated in the quiet and friendly neighbourhood of Greater Groves. Greater Groves is two miles north on Highway 27 from Highway 192 West. The neighbourhood has a large community swimming pool with changing rooms, tennis courts and children’s play area. These facilities are for your use, key available on request. The nearest Supermarkets are 5 minutes away.

Our luxury villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bath/shower rooms and is one of the largest models covering 2856 sq ft, giving you lots of room to relax. The villa can sleep 8 people, ideal for two families to share. The first master bedroom has a king size bed with a large en-suit and walk in closet. The French doors allow easy access to the private pool for those early morning swims before breakfast. The second master bedroom has a queen sized bed with en-suit. The third twin bedded room and fourth double room share a bathroom. All the bedrooms have a coloured TV, built in wardrobes and radio clock alarms.

The villa’s large, comfortable family room overlooks the pool and patio area. It has a large 27” TV with cable and a Hi-Fi system. There is a second quiet lounge, an ideal place to relax with a book from our small library of books and a large dining room. There is free fast speed internet connection. The fully equipped kitchen and breakfast area has everything you will need to prepare snacks or a full meal, with microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with chilled water and crushed ice facilities and a large gas cooker. There is also a large range of crockery and utensils. The laundry room has a separate washer, dryer, iron and iron board, you can return home with a suitcase full of clean clothes! The laundry room leads to the games room equipped with pool table, darts, tablefootball, air hockey and PS2.

Outside, you will find ehe pool is the largest model available, it is floodlit and fully heated. The patio area has been extended to the rear of the house and is fully enclosed within the pool screening. There are two complete sets of patio furniture available for your use including large table, chairs, footstools, loungers. There is ouside lighting, ceiling fans under the lanai and a large barbecue. The pool and patio area are very private, shielded in part by the large mature gardens. Our management company is very helpful and there is a free 24 hour staffed help line, they also provide a full range of guest services, such as tickets for attractions if you require this service. Our home is excellent value for money and provides a luxurious and comfortable base for a fantastic holiday.

Disney is 20 minutes away, Universal Studios is 40 minutes away and Kennedy Space Centre is 1 hour and 15 minutes away. The Atlantic and Gulf coast beaches are 1 hour and 30 minutes away. There is lots to do locally, discount shopping malls, golf, state parks, airboat rides and the numerous restaurants and attractions along highway 192 are only a short drive away.
