The villa has has been built to a superior specification.It is very spacious offering fully air-conditioned living space of approx 1950 square feet. The villa is located in the centre of Lake Berkley Resort, a few minutes walk from the communal facilities.
The villa has luxury furnishings and has been equipped to a very high standard. The Villa has plush carpets throughout with the exception of the kitchen, bathrooms and entrance foyer to which benefits from ceramic floor tiles.
The lovely screened pool is south facing has plenty of patio seating and is surrounded by bougainvilleas for your privacy.
The fully air-conditioned Villa contains 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large family room, separate dining room and living area, kitchen, a large private swimming pool and a double garage which also houses the washing machine and drier.
The spacious family room has everything to make your stay at our villa as comfortable as it can possibly be. The room overlooks the pool, which can be accessed by patio doors. The furniture includes two very comfortable sofas and chair. For your entertainment there is a large screen T.V. complete with multichannel cable TV, DVD and video.. This room is ideal for the kids to expend any surplus energies by watching TV or DVDs away from the adults.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, self cleaning cooking range, microwave, large fridge,waste disposal system, telephone with free local calls, table and kitchen dining area plus all required cooking utensils and cutlery. A 24-hour Wal-Mart is located within a 5-minute drive of the villa.
The villa has a further formal lounge and dining area with table six chairs and two sofas, one can be converted into a bed. This spacious room is ideal for relaxation after a long day at the attractions the room has a CD music system to aid in the process of relaxation. Lets the kids watch TV in the family room as you and your friends or family enjoy a quiet evening over a formal dinner or glass of wine listening to your favourite music.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, cable TV, telephone and is fully funished with a walk in closet The first master bathroom is located as an ensuite to the Master bedroom. This includes a Roman bath, a separate walk in shower, a w/c and a washbasin. There is also a multichannel cable TV
The second master bedroom has a queen size bed cable TV and VCR and the second ensuite master bathroom comprising bath with integral shower, a WC and a washbasin.
The remaining two bedrooms have single beds each with cable TV and VCR and the use of the third family bathroom.
